New Excel Virus - watch your attachments

Earlier this week an exploit for Microsoft Excel was released, click on the title to read more about it.

I have not seen any news on a patch being available, but if you are running an anti-virus product, make sure it is updated. Here is what the exploit is detected as

Exploit-MSExcel.r (McAfee)
ShellCode.B (Norman)
Mal/DocDrop-A (Sophos)
Trojan.Mdropper.AC (Symantec)
CVE-2009-0238 (other)

Stay safe,
Dave
